Parties have entered into an agreement dated 17/2/2017 by which all the issues between the parties have been settled. Learned counsel for the respondent had handed over a Demand Draft for `6,00,000/- (Rupees Six lakhs only) to the learned counsel appearing for the appellant which he had received.
The appellant is withdrawing the appeal in order to confirm the decree passed by the Family Court. The appeal is therefore dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the settlement. The agreement shall form part of the judgment.
