It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the entire matter relating to the matrimonial issue had been settled and the parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of what is stated in IA.No.826/2017. We take on record the above application and dismiss this appeal. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
It is submitted that the terms of compromise had already been satisfied. The attachment, if any, passed by the Family Court, Thrissur shall stand vacated in view of the above settlement. The Family Court is directed to inform the Sub Registry Office regarding vacating of the interim order.
