ORDER
This revision petition is against the order dated 12.04.2012 in E.P.No.40 of 2012 in O.S.No.672 of 2010 of the Additional Munsiff Court, Nedumangad, by the judgment debtor. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner fairly submitted that the revision petition has become infructuous and as such he is not pressing the matter. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed as not pressed.
