2013 on the files of the court below. The offences alleged are the offences under Sections 323, 294(b) and 506(ii)
read with Section 34 I.P.C.
under Section 239 Cr.P.C. For the said reason, I am not
inclined to entertain this Crl.M.C.

In the result, this Crl.M.C. stands closed.
However, the petitioners shall be granted exemption
from their personal appearance before the court below on
all posting dates except when their presence is necessary
for the progress of the case, if the petitioners file application before the court below in this regard after their appearance in person before the court below within 30 days
from today.
