JUDGMENT
In view of the extension of time limit granted in W.P.(C) No.34925 of 2016 today, for a period of one month, I do not think that, the contempt case is to be pursued any further. Therefore, the contempt case is closed leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to resurrect the same, if situation warrants.
