JUDGMENT
The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that order of rejection has already been passed and despatched to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that no such order has been served on the petitioner. In the above view of the matter, the learned Government Pleader submits that a copy of the order of rejection will be despatched to the petitioner within one week. Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, this contempt of court case is closed.
