J U D G M E N T
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the revised master plan, to the extent it pertains to the outer ring road, which affects the petitioner, has already been approved by the Corporation and sent to the Government for the latter's approval. Taking note of the said submission and finding that the grievance of the petitioner as against the Corporation stands redressed, the contempt of court case is closed.
