Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
A music concert was organized in the premises of St.Sebastian Church,
Chellanam. At midnight the petitioner and co-accused entered the stage and obstructed the concert and destroyed the microphone and other articles. When the police officers who were posted their attempt to prevent them, they assaulted them. Thus they committed the above offences.
