Narcotic Control Bureau Sub zone, Cochin. The allegation is that he was found to be in possession of 4.400 Kg Alprazolam
tablets in a suitcase on his way to Mumbai in MangalaLakshwadeep Express at Kannur Railway Station. He has been in custody since 21.01.2017. It is submitted that there is no objection to bail being granted.
In the result, this application is allowed.
