JUDGMENT
Petitioners are members of the 4th respondent bank entitled to be included in the voters' list and also to vote in the election, is the contention. However, in the final list published on 13.4.2016, names of 1,677 members are removed, from the draft voters' list. It is thus challenging the voters' list, petitioners have approached this court by filing these writ petitions.
