This writ petition has been filed seeking police protection for construction mobile telecommunication tower. The matter is covered

by a judgment of this Court in Indus Towers Limited v. Sub Inspector of Police 2014 (4) KLT 306.

The petitioner will have to approach the District Telecom

Committee for redressal of the grievance.

Hence we close this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Telecom Committee for appropriate relief.
