Heard. This writ appeal has been filed by the Travancore Cochin Council of Modern Medicine against an interim order dated 2nd December, 2015 passed by the learned Single Judge by which order, the learned Single Judge has directed for registration of the petitioner to practise in Kerala.

country has not yet recognised the qualifications obtained, permanent registration was not granted. Certain clarification was also obtained from Medical Council of India, who directed the appellant not to grant registration. Challenging the said action, the writ petition was filed.

the writ petitioner for purposes of practice and in view of the subsequent information which was brought on the record by the appellant regarding the eligibility of the qualification obtained from Foreign University, it was appropriate that matter itself ought to have been finally decided by the learned Single Judge.
the parties to request the learned Single Judge to dispose of the writ petition on an early date and we do so.
Writ appeal is disposed of as above.
