J U D G M E N T
Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging Ext.P2, which authorizes the Food Inspectors to launch prosecution under Section 20 of the PFA Act. The petitioner submits that as at present he does not want to pursue the matter. However he may be permitted to take up the legal contentions raised in this writ petition, if found necessary in future.
Under the above circumstances, the writ petition is closed. It is made clear that the petitioner will be free to take up legal contentions raised in the writ petition as and when it is
found necessary.
