Dated this the 7th Day of January, 2016
J U D G M E N T
The petitioner, threatened with eviction proceedings pursuant
to the impugned order issued by the District Collector under the
Kerala Land Conservancy Act, 1957 has approached the Land Revenue
Commissioner by Ext P12 appeal. The petitioner has also filed a stay
petition along with the appeal. The petitioner seeks an early disposal
of Ext.P12.
2. Therefore, the following directions are issued:
The first respondent shall dispose Ext.P12 appeal within three
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till a

decision is taken by the Land Revenue Commissioner, status quo shall
be maintained.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
