Dated this the 6th day of January, 2016
JUDGMENT
The petitioner submits that based on the valid permit
and necessary consent from the Pollution Control Board, he
is manufacturing bricks by using mechanical devices.
If the petitioner has valid permit to manufacture bricks
and other licences, merely because of using mechanical
devices, the respondent shall not interfere with the petitioner's manufacturing unit. If the petitioner is engaged
in violation of any other provisions of law, the respondents
are free to act upon in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
