The petitioner's grievance is that Ext.P3 appointment order dated 02.06.2014 has not been considered till date by the 1^st respondent.

Considering the confined prayer made, there shall be a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider the appointment order, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, within three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of without any observation on merits, which shall be decided by the 1^st respondent.
