JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner contending that inspite of repayment of the entire housing loan, the title deeds submitted by the petitioner for securing loan was not returned. Therefore, the matter is actually posted today for the purpose of referring the parties for mediation and the parties are present before this Court today. However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent bank that the title deeds, which were missing are traced out and therefore, bank is prepared to return the same to the petitioner. Therefore, the bank is directed to return the documents to the petitioner and the petitioner is also directed to provide necessary acknowledgment to the bank, accordingly.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
