This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the price fixation made by the respondents to the Food
Plaza conducted by the petitioner in the South Railway station. The licence of the petitioner has expired, consequent to which I.R.C.T.C. has taken possession of the premises. Therefore, this writ petition has practically become infructuous and the relief sought for has become inconsequential and redundant. Accordingly, writ petition
is dismissed as infructuous.
