J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P12 order passed by
the first respondent under Section 65 of the Kerala Co-operative
Societies Act, 1969. According to the petitioner, certain adverse
findings have been made in the enquiry without there being any
opportunity provided to the petitioner to raise objections. This court
is of the view that Ext.P12 being only an enquiry report, leaving open
all the issues to enable the petitioner to raise objections, if so
warranted, the writ petition can be closed. Accordingly, closed.
