The petitioners are legal heirs of one Solomon T.J, who

expired on 24.10.2012 while working as Junior Superintendent in the

¶39

respondent Water Authority. Petitioners seeks disbursement of retirement benefits due to the deceased Solomon and Family Pension due to the 1^st petitioner.

In such circumstance, the respondent shall issue the necessary Certificates, if there is no liability, to the petitioners enabling them to draw the DCRG amounts sanctioned as also the other benefits due to the petitioners from State Life Insurance, Provident Fund and Family Benefit Scheme, within a period of four

months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
