JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is aggrieved by revenue recovery steps initiated against him by the respondents, seeks only the grant of instalments to discharge his liability. Exts.P3 and P4 are the notices of attachment and assumption whereby the petitioner's liability in an extent of Rs.8,00,743/-, together with interest and other charges, is communicated to the petitioner.
W.P.(c).No.481 of 2015 : 2 :
weeks from today, furnish a statement to the petitioner, showing the computation of the amounts due from the petitioner to the respondents, so as to enable the petitioner to discharge the liability in accordance with the directions in this judgment. If the petitioner commits a default in respect of any of the installments, he will lose the benefit of this judgment and the respondents will be free to continue the recovery proceedings against him from the stage at which they presently stand.
The writ petition is disposed as above.
