JUDGMENT
This writ petition, when came up for admission on 6.1.2009, was posted to 22.1.2009 directing the learned Government Pleader to get instructions. On 22.1.2009, there was no representation for the petitioner and it was ordered to post when moved again. But thereafter the writ petition is not moved. Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
