JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the son of the second respondent. The

¶31

petitioner has approached this Court challenging Ext.P5 order

¶32

of maintenance passed by the Maintenance Tribunal, Kollam.

¶33

The Maintenance Tribunal passed the above order directing

¶34

the petitioner to pay maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to

¶35

his mother, the second respondent. I do not find any infirmity

¶36

in the order. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.

¶37

However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Tribunal

¶38

for varying the order on account of any subsequent event.
