JUDGMENT
The original petition was filed challenging Ext.P3 order by which the petitioner was directed to pay back a sum of Rs.1,70,700/- (Rupees One lakh seventy thousand seven hundred only) along with interest towards the salary received by him on his appointment as per Ext.P1. Respondents 1 and 2 have filed a counter affidavit, stating that, the executive committee of the first respondent held on 11.3.2011 has decided not to recover the salary paid to the petitioner. In view of the above stand adopted by respondents 1 and 2, no orders are necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is closed recording the statement made by the respondents.
