It transpires that dues to the Kerala Motor Transport

¶33

Workers Welfare Fund Board is due from 1.4.2014. Clearance Certificate to that effect can be issued if the petitioner has discharged his arrears.

The petitioner is granted a period of two months to pay the dues in two installments. The first instalment shall be paid on or before 31.1.2016 and the other instalment on or before 27.2.2016. The petitioner is at liberty to pay the motor vehicle tax accordingly on clearing the dues to the Kerala Motor Transport Workers Welfare Fund Board.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
