The petitioner's grievance is that Ext.P4 appeal dated 14.12.2015 filed by the Manager has not been considered till date by the 2^nd respondent.

Considering the confined prayer made,

there shall be a direction to the 2^nd respondent to consider the appeal, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties including the Manager and the petitioner, within three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this judgment.
