JUDGMENT
The petitioner contends that he has since obtained Ext.P9 consent to operate, after Ext.P8 stop memo. The petitioner is stated to have produced Ext.P9 consent before the second respondent also. The petitioner is free to file a detailed objection to Ext.P8 stop memo putting forth his contention. The additional third respondent can also have his version placed before the second respondent on the merits of Ext.P8 stop memo.
