JUDGMENT
The above writ petitions are with respect to the list prepared of the year 2006 and the illegality said to have crept in, in the said list for reason of non-inclusion of the petitioners. Subsequently, another list was prepared in the year 2010 and both
the said lists were cancelled by G.O.(MS) No.31/2012/SWD dated 30.05.2012. However, the said Government Order was set aside
by a common judgment in a batch of cases in W.P.(C) No.25614 of 2009 and connected cases by judgment dated 24.07.2015.
new list has been prepared, amalgamating both the earlier seniority lists of 2006 and 2010 and the same is pending approval before the Government. In such circumstances, nothing survives in the above writ petitions and if the petitioners have any grievance with respect to the new list, the petitioners can agitate it before the appropriate forum.

The writ petitions are disposed of as above. Parties are
left to suffer their respective costs.
