J U D G M E N T

The issue is covered by Ext.P7 judgment in W.A.No.819 of 2015. The benefit of Ext.P3 communication was directed to be extended notwithstanding Ext.P2 judgment. The petitioner is also entitled to a similar treatment as was extended to the appellants in W.A.No.819/2015.

The first respondent is therefore directed to declare the results of the final year B-Pharm examination taken by the petitioner in April 2014 without delay. The petitioner is also permitted to sit for the remaining examinations if any to complete the course.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
