JUDGMENT
The prayer in this petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 representation submitted by the petitioner before the said authority. Without going to the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed off, directing the 2nd respondent to take up Ext.P7 representation submitted before the said authority and to pass appropriate orders, expeditiously,at any rate within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner or his authorized representative shall be afforded an opportunity of being heard. The petitioner shall produce the copy of the writ petition, along with the order to ensure compliance.
