This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking
direction to quash Ext.P3 proceedings granting licence to the
3rd respondent for conduct of LPG godown.
2.Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for
petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
