Petitioner and the second respondent have made joint request for transfer of stage carriage permit from the name of the second respondent to the petitioner in respect of vehicle No.KL-09V-7477 as per Ext.P2, which is allegedly pending consideration on and with effect from 02.03.2016. Seeking direction for early disposal of Ext.P2, this writ petition is filed.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned senior Government Pleader, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 application in accordance with law and take a decision on the same within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the second respondent also.
