JUDGMENT

Petitioner is an existing employee of the 1^st respondent bank working as Clerk Cashier. Petitioner applied for the post of Branch Manager when applications were invited by the 3^rd respondent and finds a place in the rank list. The sole relief sought for by the petitioner is a direction to the 1^st respondent bank to report the NJD vacancies.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and respective counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the documents on record and pleadings.

In view of the limited nature of order sought for by the petitioner, I think it is only appropriate that, a direction is issued to the 1^st respondent bank, without stating anything on merits to report NJD vacancies, if any, to the 3^rd respondent, within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
