JUDGMENT
The subject matter of the writ petition relates to obtaining benefit of Government Order giving preference to Co-operative Labour Contract Societies in entrusting government works by tender. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subject matter has become infructuous.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
