This writ petition is filed by the petitioner claiming reservation under the physical disability quota as provided under the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already secured admission in St. John's Medical College, Bangalore.
Therefore, nothing survives to be considered in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
