JUDGMENT

This writ petition was filed for a direction to respondents to pay the retirement benefits including provident fund amount, DCRG, Family Pension, Commuted Value of pension etc. to the petitioner along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from 28.2.2006 onwards. The petitioner retired from service on 28.2.2006, while working as Head Clerk/Revenue Inspector in Guruvayoor Municipality. His grievance was that the terminal benefits due to him were not paid. This writ petition was filed on 5.10.2006. It is seen that terminal benefits were sanctioned on 16.2.2006.

In case any terminal benefits are still remaining to be paid to the petitioner, respondents are directed to see that the same is paid within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
