JUDGMENT

Smt.Sreedevi Kailasanath, learned counsel for the writ petitioners, submits that petitioners may be permitted to approach the competent authority of the respondent KSFE seeking transfer from their present stations, during the time of the next general transfer which is to be considered in March - April 2017. In view of this submission, the Writ Petition (Civil) stands closed with the above said liberty and it is accordingly directed that in case, such representations are filed by the petitioners, then the competent authority of the respondent KSFE will consider those requests of the petitioners at the time of the next general transfer which is proposed to be effected during March - April 2017.

With these observations and directions, the aforecaptioned Writ Petition (Civil) stands finally disposed of.
