JUDGMENT
Sri.P.J.Elvin Peter, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the impugned Ext.P-5 transfer order dated 30.5.2016, to the extent it affects the petitioner has subsequently been cancelled by the 4th respondent Manager of the Aided U P School and that in the light of this development,
the petitioner does not wishes to prosecute the Writ Petition (Civil) any further and that the Writ Petition (Civil) may be closed as not pressed.
In view of this submission made on behalf of the writ petitioner, the writ petition (civil) stands closed as not pressed.
