JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by petitioners seeking
direction to the respondent to appoint an administrative committee forth with. The judgment rendered by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 19311/2016
was taken in appeal and the Division Bench directed the Administrator in power to take steps to conduct the election. Therefore, in that view of the matter this
writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as
infructuous.
