This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the Kerala State Wakf Board to ensure that its Chief Executive Officer passes final orders in a matter pending before it. The grievance projected is that there is enormous delay in finally disposing of the matter. The learned standing counsel for the Wakf Board, on instructions, submits that the entire proceedings will be concluded and orders will be issued within a period of two months from today. We record the submission and order the writ petition directing that the proceedings pending before the Wakf Board, which is referred to in this writ petition, shall be concluded within a period of two months from today.
