J U D G M E N T
Petitioners in this writ petition contend that they
are qualified to be appointed as administrative officers through appointment by transfer. However, the short list prepared did not contain register numbers of the petitioners. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, as per amendment notification dated 18.07.2016 petitioners are included in the short list with numbers 100025, 100063 and 100065. Since the petitioners name are included in the short list, the issue raised by the petitioners in this writ petition stands redressed and therefore the writ petition is accordingly closed.
