J U D G M E N T
The petitioner allegedly constructed the building on the basis of Ext.P1 building permit. The Panchayat subsequently issued Ext.P4 notice to the petitioner pointing out certain anomalies. The petitioner has filed Ext.P5 objection thereto contending that the anomalies have since been rectified.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
