J U D G M E N T
The petitioner approached the respondent for Police Clearance Certificate. This was rejected stating that the petitioner is involved in a crime.
Admittedly the petitioner is involved in a crime. This Court is of the view that the respondent shall issue certificate showing that the petitioner is involved in the crime and with details of the crime. This shall be done within two weeks from date of the receipt of the copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
