J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is concerned with Ext.P7 order, against which a revision is maintainable under the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008 (for brevity 'Act'). In such circumstance, the petitioner is directed to approach the Government with a revision as provided under Section 28 of the
Act, for which there is no limitation provided.
Leaving open all contentions of the petitioner,
the writ petition would stand closed.
