JUDGMENT
The issue raised in this writ petition is with regard to variation of price in kerosene distributing through the ration dealers. The issue is covered against the petitioner by a Division Bench decision of this Court reported in State of Kerala & others v. Mathunni Mathew & sons [ILR 2007(2) Ker. 475] which has been followed in W.A.No.1925 of 2007 and connected cases. This writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
