respondent, and considered the contentions with reference to the records available. It is seen that, Ext.P3 order was passed by the Labour Court on the basis of the evidence adduced. Before the Labour Court, the workman got examined himself as PW1 and had produced documents Exts.P1 to P5. The petitioner herein had produced Ext.D1 document. The Labour Court found that the claim of the workman that he was not paid wages for the period from November, 2003 till termination of his service, namely, 30.01.2007. Originally the workman was getting salary @ Rs.3,000/- and from 27.11.2006 onwards, he claimed that salary was increased by Rs.500/-. It was found that the salary was revised w.e.f 1.12.2006. Accordingly, the Labour Court found that the workman was entitled to get arrears of salary @ Rs.3,500/- for December, 2006 and January 2007, ie. a sum of Rs.7000/- and arrears of salary of Rs.1,000/- for the month of November, 2006 and a sum of Rs.500/- for the month of October, 2006. The further claim of the workman was for overtime wages claiming that, he was working 12 hours per day and therefore he was entitled to overtime wages for 4 hours per day. On the basis of evidence adduced before the Labour Court, it was found that, the workman was eligible for overtime wages to the tune of
