J U D G M E N T
This writ petition was referred for Mediation as per order dated 31.05.2016. The Mediator has furnished report dated 22.07.2016 informing that the matter is settled in mediation along with the agreement signed by the parties, according to which the parties have settled the matter on payment of sum of Rs.1.5 lakhs to the petitioner towards final settlement of the claims raised before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum and petitioner has received a sum of Rs.1.5 lakhs by way of demand draft dated 18.07.2016.
Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of recording the same. The agreement dated 22.07.2016 shall form part of the judgment.
