J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has filed an application for revaluation and
seeks expeditious consideration of the same. The learned Standing Counsel for the University submits that the revaluation applications are accepted from all the students and that the revaluations are conducted only after the last date of receipt of the application. Considering the fact that, a centralized valuation is conducted, one paper cannot be taken out of the numerous and subjected to revaluation by the University. The learned Standing Counsel also submits that the revaluation in any event would be completed and results would be published by 17.07.2016. The above submission is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of.
