J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P1 order of Joint Registrar interdicting appointments to be made in Tanur Cooperative Urban Bank in the light of SLP NO.560/561/04 on the files of the Honourable Supreme Court. It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the SLP has been dismissed and there is no bar in making appointments. There
was also an interim order passed by this Court permitting petitioner to conduct interview and to make appointment to the post of Secretary, Junior Clerk etc. In the light of the facts and circumstances, this interim order is made absolute. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
