The petitioner is involved in a crime. The petitioner

submits that he has got an employment abroad. Therefore, he wants a police clearance certificate.

Admittedly the petitioner is involved in a crime. This Court is of the view that the District Police Chief shall issue certificate showing that the petitioner is involved in the crime and with details of the crime. This shall be done within three

days of the receipt of the copy of this judgment.
